Baked Cod

One of my favorite seafood dishes is baked fish with ritz cracker topping.

Baked Cod or Haddock
1 1/2 lbs. cod or haddock
1 sleeve Ritz cracker, coarsely crushed
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp + 1 tbstp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a baking dish.
Arrange fish in the baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the crushed crackers, butter, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, black papper. Stir with a fork until mixture is moistened.

Lightly spread over top of the fish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily. Serve with a wedge of lemon.
